hanging
in the sky

you know they are there
you know they are waiting

but something
makes you put them off

you know they need to be made
but the sunlight on the carpet
distracts you

the drop of water
on the window
entrances you

the dog barking
next door
makes you forget

Decisions.
Leave them one more day.
